Sign Up & Log In for Power Direct

For IMC Company drivers:

• User credentials are the same as your ELD (ALL CAPS)

  • User ID: Driver ID

  • Password: Driver ID + CDL State + first 2 digits of CDL

• User will tap on "Log In" to log into Power Direct

For External Vendor Drivers:

• User must first be set up in Power by the Vendor

• User will need to tap "Sign Up"

  • Enter the email address your vendor used for your Profile in Power

  • Go through the prompts to complete additional information

  • Create a Password

• Once you complete the sign up process, you will tap on "Log In" and use the credentials you created

Sometimes you will see a Live Update popup when you launch the app:

• When possible, we push Live Updates instead of App Store releases to get enhancements & bug fixes out as soon as possible.

• If you log in while the Live Update installs, you'll be logged back out once the install completes so the change will take affect.

• This typically takes just a minute to complete
