NOTE: This feature is only available for IMC Drivers.
Pausing an In Progress Dispatch
To Pause an In Progress Dispatch, you'll need to swipe the Dispatch card on the Dispatch List to reveal the Pause option.
This will move the dispatch to the Paused tab on your Dispatch List.
NOTE: Paused tab will only appear if you have a Paused dispatch. You're limited to 5 Paused dispatches.
The Pause button is available for an In Progress dispatch that you have already taken some action on, such as Swipe to Arrive at Stop 1.
To resume the dispatch, you can swipe the card to reveal the Resume button OR tap Resume on Dispatch Details.
NOTE: You can only have one In Progress dispatch at a time, so Resume will be disabled if you already have another dispatch in progress.
Reverting an In Progress Dispatch
If you have started a dispatch & have not taken an action, such as Swipe to Arrive at Stop 1, you'll have the option to Revert the dispatch back to Accepted.
You'll need to swipe the dispatch card on your Dispatch List to see the Revert button.
This will move the dispatch to the Accepted tab on your Dispatch List.
If you wish to resume this dispatch, you'll need to tap Start on the Dispatch List or Dispatch Details.
