For IMC Company drivers:
User credentials are the same as your ELD (ALL CAPS)
User ID: Driver ID
Password: Driver ID + CDL State + first 2 digits of CDL
User will tap on "Log In" to log into Power Direct
For External Vendor Drivers:
User must first be set up in Power by the Vendor
User will need to tap "Sign Up"
Enter the email address your vendor used for your Profile in Power
Go through the prompts to complete additional information
Create a Password
Once you complete the sign up process, you will tap on "Log In" and use the credentials you created
Sometimes you will see a Live Update popup when you launch the app:
When possible, we push Live Updates instead of App Store releases to get enhancements & bug fixes out as soon as possible.
If you log in while the Live Update installs, you'll be logged back out once the install completes so the change will take affect.
This typically takes just a minute to complete
