Navigate to the Dispatch Details screen in Power Direct.
Scroll down until you see "Report Issue" & select it.
Select "Shipment Integrity" if reporting a container that's been broken into.
NOTE: this option is only available for Loaded Moves
Complete all of the questions on the form & click submit.
NOTE: the submit button will be disabled until the form is completely filled out.
The completed report will be emailed to the Safety & Risk Management team as well as key stakeholders from the driver's Region.
The emailed report will include all of the information from the report including picture, as well as additional dispatch information.
