Dispatch List
Drivers can view your Accepted, In Progress, & Completed dispatch.
Only Owner Operators can view Pending dispatches.
External Vendor drivers cannot see Paused dispatches.
Drivers can swipe each dispatch card on the Pending, Accepted, Paused, & In Progress tabs to reveal actions.
Dispatches are displayed in the same order dispatch sent them, so you can easily work them in order.
Dispatches will be displayed for 14 days, however Completed dispatches will be removed from the app after 7 days.
This screen shows high level information to help differentiate each dispatch. Users can search each list by any data point displayed on the cards to find what they are looking for.
Tapping the Details buttons takes the driver to the Dispatch Details screen to view more information & take appropriate action like swipe Arrive/Depart & upload documents.
Dispatch Details
Drivers can see all of the information they need on one screen. This information is dynamic for each move, showing only what is relevant to that dispatch.
Each move has its own card, drivers can swipe between each move to see the details.
To save space, we've removed the address from the screen but you can find all of the details for each location by tapping on the information icon.
If there's any missing data that needs to be provided, it will be RED & drivers can click the edit button to enter it.
This includes the ability to edit an existing Chassis
The document icon allows drivers to view required & miscellaneous documents & they will be prompted for required documents as they progress through the dispatch.
Drivers will swipe to Arrive & Depart each move, which will log the date/time. It's crucial that the driver swipe this on time and not after the fact so that the arrival/departure times are accurate.
